Choosing Chair Decor
When designing the overall look for the reception, one detail that adds charm is the signage or decor for the bride's and groom's chairs. The choice for how to distinguish the couple's seating ties in with the style and theme of the wedding. If the style is more elegant and formal, the chairs might have florals, greenery and ribbon attached to the back. A more rustic style might use a framed chalkboard sign noting "Bride" and "Groom" or "Mr." and "Mrs." The theme could be further carried out with the chair decor, for example, with the couple's silhouettes on each chair back.
