Wedding Chalkboards
Chalkboards are used today in rustic, vintage or traditional weddings in a variety of charming ways. Larger chalkboards can be used as an escort card display, to list a menu, or as a program of the wedding. A smaller version can be a welcome sign, table numbers, props for the photo booth or signs for the bride and groom chairs. Some chalkboards are framed and the lettering is done by a calligrapher or artist for a more polished, formal look. Invitations can be designed using the chalkboard style. Making chalkboard signs is an easy and fun DIY project for the couple to do or with a gathering of friends.
